The Vibhrama
Handcrafted in Jaipur · Est. 1897Vibhrama — whirling, vibrant, the quality of movement that comes from an inner source rather than an outside force. It is the word for the energy of a dancer at the peak of a composition, when everything is happening at once and every element is exactly where it should be.
Crafted in 925 sterling silver with a two-tone finish, The Vibhrama features a large round pendant — a temple motif in gold — at the centre of a braided multicolour thread sarafa woven in red, white, green, and yellow. The two-tone pendant combines gold and oxidised silver surfaces; the temple form carries the visual weight of the piece with complete assurance. The multicolour thread is not decorative trimming but structural composition — each colour carrying its directional energy through the braiding. Finished with anti-tarnish e-coating.
Style Tip: White or ivory — against a plain fabric, every thread colour in The Vibhrama reads separately and the pendant reads at its maximum. A necklace that is meant to be the first thing noticed and the last thing forgotten.
