SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA
Free Shipping:
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders. The parcel will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
Standard Shipping:
The Orders are shipped via (EMS, Indian Post). Minimum shipping charges USD 30. The parcel will be delivered within 10-12 business days.
Express Shipping:
The Orders are shipped via FedEx / UPS. Minimum shipping charges USD 50. The parcel will be delivered within 7-8 business days
Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the Courier Company or the Customs Clearing Agent at the time of delivery.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Price does not include Customs duty.
- VAT, duties and taxes as applicable in your country will be borne by the customer and will be paid directly to the courier / customs clearing agent.
- Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of the parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. However in some cases it may take longer time to ship the order as the goods may not be available in stock.
- Estimated delivery time is to be used for reference purpose only and it will commence from the date of dispatch.
- Each order is shipped to a single destination address. In case you wish to ship the products to different addresses, please place multiple orders.
- Once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect the parcel.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control. Please bear with us.
- While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, in some cases it may not be possible due to non-availability of goods in stock. In case we are not able to ship your complete order within 15 business days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases your payment against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was received
- In case the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take the delivery of the parcel and call our help desk (+91) 94923 91000 or email us at info@neetaboochra.com mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- All shipments are fully insured and will require a signature from the recipient on delivery of the parcel.
