A textured silver oval disc at the back, from which a delicate gold vine element rises forward — a stem, two leaves — with an iolite (blue hathipada) round stone bezel-set at the flower's head. The contrast between the rough silver ground and the fine gold vine is entirely deliberate. 925 sterling silver, two-tone plating. Anti-tarnish e-coated.
Gemstone Wisdom. Iolite — called the Viking compass stone by those who navigated by its light — is the gem of inner vision and directed clarity. The stone changes colour depending on the angle of light, shifting from blue to grey to violet: the same stone, seen differently, by those willing to look from more than one direction.
Style Tip: Indigo, navy, warm brown, deep teal — iolite responds to its own palette. Wear The Neelima with a contrasting stone necklace or alone against a plain neckline. Both work equally well for a reason.
