Handcrafted in Jaipur · Est. 1897Two small gold rosettes and then the blue arrives, all at once, in a single drop. The Lajward Boond earring is built so that the eye travels down the gold and lands on the stone.
Two pierced gold rosettes hang one below the other, their scalloped edges cut through in open floral work, and beneath them a pear-shaped lapis lazuli cabochon set in a plain gold bezel. Post fitting. 925 sterling silver, 22K gold plating. Anti-tarnish e-coated.
Gemstone Wisdom. Lapis Lazuli has been ground for pigment and set in ornament since the first cities of the Indus. It is the stone of clear speech and inward sight — worn for the composure that comes from knowing your own mind.
Style Tip: Wear with indigo, ivory or unbleached linen. The blue is strong enough to be the only colour in the room, so keep the neckline plain and the rest of the jewellery quiet.
