The Iravati
Handcrafted in Jaipur · Est. 1897The Iravati — one of the great rivers of the Punjab plains — gave its name to the Ravi, to a landscape of abundance and movement. This necklace carries that quality: nothing fixed, nothing static, the colour and material always in motion.
Crafted in 925 sterling silver with a two-tone finish — black rhodium and 22K gold — The Iravati features a round pendant set at the centre of a multicolour thread sarafa, the threads woven in red, green, and black. The two-tone plating on the pendant brings together the warmth of gold and the cool authority of oxidised metal in one surface. The thread sarafa closes at an adjustable length, making this necklace as versatile as its namesake. Finished with anti-tarnish e-coating.
Style Tip: Against white or black, the multicolour thread reads with maximum clarity. For a contemporary Indian look — a linen kurta, a cotton co-ord — The Iravati is the single piece that does the work of three.
