A round pearl set in a gold rope-twist bezel at the ear, and hanging from it a pear-shaped green onyx cabochon in a gold bezel chased all round with fine vertical cuts. Post fitting. 925 sterling silver, 22K gold plating. Anti-tarnish e-coated.
