The Shehnai
Handcrafted in Jaipur · Est. 1897Shehnai — the oboe of the North Indian wedding, the instrument whose sound announces that a celebration has officially begun. The Shehnai earring carries that same announcement at the ear: pink meenakari, gold, a full jhumka form, and the soft weight of ceremony.
The Shehnai is a statement jhumka, crafted in 925 sterling silver with 22K gold plating. A large Moissanite Polki and White Kundan Polki flower stud forms the crown; the jhumka body is set in pink pakka meenakari with fine gold lattice work, and a row of fluorite bead drops and gold ghungroo falls from the base. Anti-tarnish e-coated.
