No jewellery in the Indian tradition more accurately describes what it means to be completely, unapologetically oneself.
Crafted in 925 sterling silver with an oxidised finish, The Padma is built around a large central medallion — a blooming lotus motif embossed in the repoussé tradition, the pattern raised from behind by hand pressure alone, each petal emerging slowly under the karigar's tools. Smaller floral coin links flank the medallion on both sides, each one fringed with silver bud drops. The chain rises in a wide, considered arc. Nothing here is accidental. Everything is devotion — the old kind, that requires patience and cannot be hurried. Anti-tarnish e-coated.
Style Tip: Against black, the lotus glows. Against ivory, it grounds. Against natural fabrics — raw silk, tussar, handloom cotton — it becomes the centre of a composition that looks as if it took no effort at all, because the best things always look that way.
